An application is a request for acceptance into the program.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applicants should allow up to twenty-one (21) days for the application review process to be completed.

Enrolment occurs after an applicant has been officially accepted and placed on the institutional record.

A non-refundable enrolment fee of $125.00 is required to cover administrative processing and record creation.

Registration records the participant within the academy system.

The registration fee includes all program fees, materials, items, and membership associated with the program.

The registration fee must be paid in full within ten (10) days after enrolment. Failure to pay within this period may result in cancellation of enrolment.

 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, dismissal, failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, relocation, or personal circumstances.

 Fees are immediately applied toward administrative processing, credential production, instructional preparation, and operational costs.
No chargebacks, reversals, or disputes shall be honored except where required by applicable law. Any fraudulent chargeback attempt may result in administrative dismissal and recovery action.
